What’s a Fellowship?
A fellowship is a structured program—usually 1-2 years—that combines professional work, leadership development, and often graduate school funding or loan repayment. Unlike typical jobs, fellowships are highly selective, mission-driven, and designed to fast-track you into leadership roles.
Prestigious National Fellowships
### Fulbright U.S. Student Program
*What it is: Fully funded year of graduate study, research, or English teaching abroad Who it’s for: Recent grads and graduating seniors What it covers: Tuition, housing, airfare, health insurance, and a living stipend Why it matters: Fulbright is one of the most prestigious fellowships in the world. ### Rhodes Scholarship
*What it is: Fully funded graduate study at Oxford University Who it’s for: U.S. citizens under 24 What it covers: All expenses for 2-3 years at Oxford Why it matters: Rhodes Scholars become presidents, Supreme Court justices, CEOs, and Nobel laureates. ### Marshall Scholarship

How to Win Competitive Fellowships
